Course Description

A ten-minute presentation concerning the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the laboratory. Includes a discussion of proper attire, glove selection and use, eye protection and lab coat selection and use. This presentation discusses and reinforces the official UCSB Personal Protective Equipment policy. Designed to be presented at a professor’s group meeting for the benefit of students and postdoctoral researchers within the group.
