ETS How to Submit a Ticket for Connect Services
UC Core Competency
This class is for Connect Department Administrators (CDA) who submit tickets for Connect services and issues. The class will include demonstrations for the following activities: - How to navigate to the Self-Service Portal for Connect services. - How to create a Ticket for a Connect service and for a Connect issue. - How to view Alerts and My Open Tickets. - How to use the Service Desk Chat. - How to create a Ticket for a Message Transfer Agent (MTA) device. The class will also include the benefits of the new Self-Service Portal, Service Level Agreements for Connect tickets, and the three channels of communication for submitting a ticket. Lab time will be provided to practice how to submit Connect tickets using the Self-Service Portal.
