UC Management Development Program

The UC Management Development Program is a systemwide program designed to strengthen leadership capability in three core competencies – People Management, Employee Engagement, and Innovation & Change Management. This program is intended for leaders of a division or functional area, those who manage leads, supervisors, or other managers, and leaders of complex operational programs or projects. Senior Leaders are also encouraged to attend.
